Payment Policy

We require a 50% deposit upfront. The remaining 50% is due upon delivery or collection.

Payment methods: Bank Transfer (0% fee, recommended), Credit Card / Payment Link (2.9% + 1 AED gateway fee), or Tamara or Tabby installments (7% processing fee).

Shipping Policy

Free shipping across all 7 UAE emirates. Delivery within 2–3 business days after the build is complete. All shipments are fully insured with protective packaging.

Return Policy

7-day return window from the date of delivery. Returns are restricted for opened or custom-built PCs unless the item is faulty or damaged by our team.

Warranty Policy

Every build comes with a 1-year full warranty covering parts and labor across the UAE. Individual components may carry additional manufacturer warranties.
