Payment Policy

In-stock prebuilt PCs: 100% upfront via Stripe (no card fee). Custom build quotes: 50% deposit / 50% on delivery. Accepted methods: credit card (2.9% + AED 1 fee), Tamara and Tabby (~7% fee, 4 interest-free instalments), bank transfer (0% fee).

Shipping Policy

Free insured delivery across every UAE emirate — Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. Delivery time: 2–3 business days from payment confirmation. All shipments are packed with protective materials and fully insured.

Return Policy

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for prebuilt PCs in original condition. Custom-built systems are non-returnable except for manufacturing defects, where we handle repair or replacement under warranty.

Warranty

Every build comes with a 1-year full warranty on parts and labour, handled locally over WhatsApp at +971 56 468 9006. GPUs and individual components may carry additional manufacturer warranty up to 3 years.
