Free insured delivery within 2–3 business days across Dubai, Sharjah, Abu Dhabi, Ajman, Ras Al Khaimah, Fujairah, and Umm Al Quwain. Same-day pickup available from our Bur Dubai workshop by appointment.

Is the warranty really 1 full year?

Yes — every build is covered by a 1-year full warranty on parts and labor, handled locally over WhatsApp. Individual components like the GPU often carry an additional 2–3 year manufacturer warranty on top.

Can I pay in installments with Tamara or Tabby?

Yes. We offer Tamara and Tabby split payments (4 interest-free installments) for every build. Bank transfer (0% fee) and credit card are also accepted. Standard terms: 50% deposit, 50% on delivery.

Is it really plug & play when it arrives?

Windows 11 is pre-installed and activated, all drivers are loaded, the BIOS is updated and tuned, and the system has been stress-tested for 24 hours. You plug in your monitor, keyboard, and mouse — and you're gaming.

Can I customize or upgrade this build later?

Yes. Every build uses standard ATX components on quality motherboards with a clear upgrade path — GPU, RAM, storage, cooling, PSU can all be swapped. We also offer paid upgrade services if you'd rather we handle it.
